Awareness Adventures can organise a program to cater specifically
for your group or work team. We offer a variety of training structures
and formats to cater to your time schedule.
You can choose from weekend courses, team-building trainings and
personal tuition to corporate retreats. Our programs provide for
different ages and group needs, from teens to seniors, women's and
men's health.
Business executives and professional atheletes have benefitted

Classes
Awareness Moves caters a variety of classes for beginner and intermediate
levels through to advanced students. We can cater the programs specifically
to different age-groups and needs, from teens to seniors, women's,
men's and mixed.
All classes are multi-level, with props and modifications provided,
to support individual needs.
Intensive Trainings
Weekend, weeklong and one month courses provide an ideal opportunity
