of asanas, pilates exercises and breathing techniques will be added.

Our muscles reflect repetitive patterns of use, dis-use or mis-use.
Changes in muscle function particularly affects our postural muscles
that lie deep within the body. If they weaken, other muscles will

spine. Through correct muscle recruitment and alignment, you will
ensure minimal wear and tear on your joints.
Yoga asanas
Yoga asanas bring balance and unity of the mind and body systems.
They restore and strengthen nerves, digestion, balance hormones,
soothe the central nervous system, improve the cardio-vascular system,
flush out the lymphatic system and help clear out toxins.
Private lessons are great way to learn with your partner or a friend.
